Outside contractors will be sent out to the unit to paint, clean, clean or replace the carpets, and maintenance crew will fix any issues. 

No, you do not have to be present for a maintenance call. 

Yes!  Park Place Apartments has on-site maintenance and 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Please visit the resident portal to submit a service request.

During office hours, please visit the Leasing Office with a verified ID and then we will grant you access. If it is after hours, please contact a local locksmith.


Yes, parking is available at Park Place.

Some of the amenities at Park place includes a Yoga Room, Fitness Center, Basketball Court, Pool, Spa, Community Room, Billiards, Movie Room, and BBQ Grills. Please visit our amenities page for more information. 

The pool area is available to enjoy from sunrise to sunset. 

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community.We allow Dogs/Cats with a pet fee/rent. Please contact us for full details. 

A microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer are all standard appliances at Park Place. Please visit the amenities page for more details.  

No, Park Place does not offer furnished apartments. 


Applications are reviewed and approved within 72 hours.

Yes, renter's insurance is mandatory at  $10,000 minimum contents, $100,000 minimum liability.

Spectrum is our preferred provider for internet and cable. 

Yes, you may get out of your lease utilizing the early termination agreement terms of the lease.

You may set up your utilities online or over the phone.

No utilities are included in your rent. 


Yes, there is public transportation close to Park Place. 

Park Place is located within the Seminole County Public School district.


You can visit our Maps page for directions or from FL-417S, take Exit 44 to FL-434 East. Continue on FL-434 East to Center Lake Lane. Turn left onto Boardwalk Ave. Turn right onto Windy Pine Way.
